For this magnificent double height house in the South West of France, the owner chose a Qashqai rug from about 1950. The reds and purples of the room match perfectly with the rug, whose wool is one of the softest and most lustrous we have seen in the last few years. And for behind the sofa, they chose a kilim woven by Qashqai nomads around the 1970s.
