An austere looking vintage kilim woven by ethnic Afshars from Eastern Irán. The atention to small details of this kilim is spectacular, with small motives both in the border and in the central field. Although the Afshar tribe is one of the most spread tribes throught the Iranian lands, the kilims of the Afshars of Sirjan are easy to recognise for the use they make of small white flowers, like is the case in this kilim.
