This semi-antique rug woven by a Madad Khani Baluch woman from Afghanistan is woven from the finest quality sheep’s wool, giving a soft and lustrous result. On a dark background, the octagonal güls and square motifs with a cross have been arranged, all framed by a latticework motif. The side edges are finished of with goat’s wool.
