Spectacular Afghan rug from the end of 19th Century or beggining of 20th Century. This rug has a very balanced and elegant design on a lovely terracotta background, made of enormous güls on a soft and lustrous sheeps wool. Some small motives in yellow add a colourful touch. In mint condition with some very small repairs. All natural dyes. Sourced in Afghanistan. With a rug like this, you will not want to leave your home in winter!
